At Mercer, Everyone Majors in Changing the World.

The role of the office of Global Engagement is to prepare you to do just that.  Formed in 2021, The Office of Global Engagement is designed to serve the university by enabling internationalization in all of its forms.  Whether it is helping you find your first study abroad experience from the US or assisting you as an international student to come to the US; The Office of Global Engagement is here to help you achieve your international aspirations.

The Office of Global Engagement is comprised of 4 different units coming together to oversee all things global at Mercer, from study abroad, incoming international admissions, visa services, and helping you navigate Mercer once you’ve gotten here. Scroll down on this page to learn more about each unit.

Office of Global Enrollment

The Office of Global Enrollment seeks to recruit, retain, and enroll Mercerians from throughout the world; to collaborate and extend academic opportunities for international students across all schools and colleges. We help students seeking to enroll at Mercer in each step of their admissions process and collaborate with other members in the Office of Global Engagement to help students navigate the US immigration system as well as to help them acclimatize to US academic and social culture.
