The Office of Global Education prides itself at being a leader in helping students receive funding for their study abroad programs through both internal and external scholarships. For years, Mercer has been ranked the top producer for small universities in the nation for the Benjamin A. Gilman Scholarship and awards up to $130,000 annually in institutional scholarships dedicated to study abroad.
Finances
Studying abroad is a valuable investment in your future, but that does not mean it has to break the bank. With careful planning and the use of available resources, you can make your international experience both affordable and rewarding.
I’m just really grateful for the [Gilman Scholarship]. I was able to make so many friends and memories and learn so much about cultures outside of my own while abroad. I hope everyone gets to experience something like that at some point in their lives.
