The Jordan program offers students a dynamic, hands-on international learning experience that combines academic coursework with real-world engagement. Over the course of the trip, participants will meet with business managers, labor leaders, academicians, and government officials to explore the intersection of cultural, economic, social, political, and legal factors that influence global and domestic business strategies. Through lectures, discussions, and facility tours, students will gain a deeper understanding of how organizations operate in different national contexts and how to adapt leadership, communication, negotiation, and management practices across cultures. This immersive program not only sharpens students’ professional skills but also broadens their global perspective, preparing them to navigate and lead effectively in diverse international environments.
