Visa Interview Preparation Training

Feeling nervous about your upcoming visa interview for the United States is completely normal. At the Office of Global Services, we’re here to support you every step of the way! We offer Visa Interview Prep Sessions via Zoom specifically designed for accepted Mercer students applying for F-1 and J-1 visas. During these sessions, we aim to achieve the following:

• Discuss general interview etiquette
• Review the necessary documents to bring to your interview
• Conduct a mock interview with potential questions you may encounter

We recommend scheduling your Visa Interview Prep Session after you have received your I-20 or DS-2019, and 1-2 weeks before your visa interview date. For any questions or to schedule your session, please reach out to Caroline Mason (mason_cm@mercer.edu).
